I work in the utility industry and a major storm swooped in on Friday night and left a lot of people in Virginia without power, so I have been working to get the lights back on since Friday night. If you see little to no activity on Vegology this week, it will be because I am still helping out. I’ll be back with a belated birthday post and a brand new recipe soon!
Baltimore shares your pain! But at least The Baltimore Sun newspaper offers a sliver of hope on its masthead: “Light For All.” Could we have a recipe that works over Sterno?!
