Tomatillo/Tempranillo

Sunday night, I broke into these babies:

I had a great time whipping up a super dish with these fresh tomatillos from the farmers’ market. More photos and a recipe are on the way. However, given my 12-hour work day today (and the anticipation of at least one more before the weekend), I’m focusing less on the writing and more on a few glasses of this.

I can’t wait to share my salsa verde with you once I rejoin society!

I also got some pretty sweet birthday presents last Friday that I’m excited to show off, so look out for more on those this weekend. ๐Ÿ™‚
