Market Chef

The South of the James Farmers’ Market introduced a market Chef for the 2012 season and I had the privilege of assisting with and documenting the cooking demonstrations during the market season. Chef Sam Baker shops the market and shows market goers how to prepare the fresh and local ingredients found there. See my recaps of the Chef’s demonstrations below.
